The 2026 Summer Stretch Challenge is here!!🌞 During the months of June, July & August, we’re encouraging our ARMA TKD students to work on their middle splits. The participant that improves the most will take home this massive trophy! It’s even bigger than Ren!! 👶🏆

It was a tremendous honor to receive my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt today!🥋❤️ Words cannot express my gratitude to my Professor , my team , and all the family/friends who supported me along this journey. 🙏🥲

This day in history: May 20th, 2006 was the day I got promoted to Black Belt in Taekwondo!🥋For those that are bad at math, that’s 20 years ago!!!😱 I’m still learning and growing everyday and I look forward to many more decades of Martial Arts fun!! ❤️🙏
