Why posting everyday is HURTING you😓

I think we're all on the same page when I say that VISIBILITY and PRESENCE is crucial in the digital age📲 (especially recently, when almost everything transitioned to digital with the pandemic).

One touchy topic on this is: posting new content every single day.

Why? Some would say that...

🤔Posting content everyday gives the impression that one does not have a firm strategy in place
🤔It's also often seen as annoying as the audience can become too bombarded with your content

Another "school of thought" would say that...

🤔Showing up everyday increases your customer "stickiness"
🤔You put more value out in the open

There are very conflicting ideas and principles around this but I'm going with...

Neither.

For me, it's neither black nor white. There's a sweet, sweet spot between the two where you have to show up just enough to keep them interested and unconsciously asking for more and this is where social media management plays a big role in your overall business strategy!

Social Media Management can be a pain in the ass BUT being able to maximize it will do your business ✨wonders✨

I'M DONE. I QUIT. 🙅‍♀️

I quit from being someone who doesn't show up to someone who has committed to be more visible to my audience.

I'm done wasting time going back and forth, being indecisive, and pushing ex*****on back.

I used to doubt and mull over showing up online and it got me thinking - what's the point? What good will it do to me or to my business? Do I really have to do this? 😕

Eventually, I found the answer to be YES.

And this is not the one-time, one-day thing kind of "yes"... 😌

It's the "Yes, I have decided to show up and impart value to the people who need it."

"Yes, I'm gonna do this by establishing a schedule I'm religiously going to follow." 🗓

"Yes, I'm investing on tools and people to help me keep doing this."

And that's the woman I became - that's who I am today and that's who I choose to be every single day (well, not literally. It's counterintuitive to have a post up every day - and I'll be deep diving on this soon so watch out for it😉)

If you think it's time for you to stop pacing back and forth about something, THIS IS THE SIGN. It's time for you to show up - not just for your audience, but also for you.

DON'T SCALE YOUR BUSINESS.

⛔️Wait, don't take this the wrong way!⛔️

What I mean to say is don't scale your business not until you've crossed off the following in your list:

✔️Stability - with every buliding or infrastructure, a good solid foundation is necessary before you can start building further and the same goes for every business! 🏙A steady and stable business is a pre-requisite before you can scale because if not, it might just fizzle out.

✔️Plans & Strategies - when thinking about scaling your business, planning usually takes twice the time than executing it. Make sure you use this time to sort out everything, secure each stage, and prepare your contingencies plans because as much as we would want to avoid complications, sometimes they still find their way back to us (blame Murphy's Law!🤪)

✔️Resources - plans and roadmaps are nothing without the resources to back it up. Make sure you have more than what you need because you'll never know when you'll need a buffer. It's best to be covered when that dreaded time comes💰

✔️When you're ready - and by ready I don't mean "meh" ready but rather, emotionally, mentally, financially, and physically ready because I tell you it's gonna be like starting all over again (remember the very first time you started out with your business?) but this time, with more at stake since you already have your business up and running - you're basically building on that and if things go south, you might wreak havoc on everything you've worked so hard for and we don’t want that!😫
