A Healing Journey Through Grief

Grief isn’t always what we think it is. Sometimes we carry it silently. It shows up through all our life transitions.

Transitions/Change it's the same. We may have lost a loved one, lost relationship, lost a career/job, loss of our health, loss of who we thought we were, or loss of our youth. We will all experience some form of grief many times during our lifetime.

This course is designed to support you through your grief. Support you through the changes in your life. We don’t have to walk alone.

We will be introduced to energy techniques such as Reiki, Breathwork, and Meditation. We will have the opportunity to bring these tools into our daily practices. We will receive a Reiki blessing during each class.
