Couples - Love each other no matter what! When you are arguing or not seeing eye to eye, take a few steps back and ask "what is the reason he/she is behaving in this matter?". There was so many layers to a person and so many more layers when two people are in a committed, intimate relationship. Things are not as always as they seem.

True love is "Giving and Forgiving"... We all need to work on the forgiving part. We tend to hold resentment from incidents that happened years ago yet when something minor happens today, the anger from those incidents appears again and the minor argument becomes a huge fight. Talk it out calmly as possible. Explaining your side of the story provides a fuller picture of where you are coming from and helps so much with understanding each other. Even if it may be embarrassing to explain how you really feel, it is worth it because there won't be a build up of hurt that may ultimately lead to a break - up of the family and generations of feeling that pain.

It is worth the "work". Awareness is key to everything!
