We're a local HVAC company looking for a reliable, dependable team member to help keep our office running smoothly. Experience with answering phones, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person. As you grow with us, there is plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibilities and advance your role within the company.

What you'll do:

📞Answer and direct incoming phone calls
💻Daily data entry and record keeping
🗓️Accounts receivable support
📅Scheduling and dispatching service calls
🧹Light office cleaning
