Carolina Ramirez is a star of Unblended Coffeeโ€™s Young Producer Program in Colombia. Alongside her mother, she has produced some truly spectacular coffees in recent years. Today, her name is associated with a high benchmark of quality in Colombian coffee.

This washed process is a fresh, clean cup of coffee. A few hours of fermentation before washing results in a fruity cup full of strawberries and jasmine with a fresh thyme aftertaste.
