I'm Rachael and I'm a CEO & Founder. I founded my company from scratch in 2012 this year we are forecasting 50% growth regardless of the pandemic, the forecast is to hit $5 million over the next 5 yrs.
I'm a Mum to an incredible 2 year old and Wife to my perfect match. I cannot believe what I have achieved but I suffer the effects of imposter syndrome almost every day and still don't feel fully capable of fulfilling the needs of my business and family. This blog is about what I am going to do about it, my aim is to provide a blueprint on how to become a truly successful CEO - Female or not.
