Hope everyone had a safe and happy Fourth of July weekend. Some exciting news; we purchased a new smoker! We spent our Fourth burning in and seasoning the new pit and I made a small brisket because it’s just not 4th of July without a little BBQ. I‘m so excited to start cooking on the new pit; get ready for more BBQ from Smoked Local

Steven and I got to deliver a few orders of ribs around town tonight!! 🤗 Thank you so much to our customers, we appreciate you and we hope you enjoyed them!!
Then when we got home, we had AMAZING mojo pulled pork tacos for dinner!! 🤤💚
