Favorite thing about bakery science: Learning the chemistry involved in baking
Favorite memory: Winning the baked competition my freshman year. I loved the product we came up with!

Favorite thing about bakery science: Ability to form close relationships with our professors. And learning about ingredient functionality so that I can look at a food label and know what each ingredient does!
Favorite memory from bake sci/club: Eating baguettes under the Eiffel Tower or singing to Christmas music while baking for the Holiday Sale!!
