The Children’s Quilt is officially up at the Flint Hills Discovery Center! We are so excited to see this project come to life right next to the beautiful, patriotic quilts from the Konza Prairie Quilters Guild.

For this project, local students created individual blocks to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. Seeing their hard work hanging alongside the amazing craftsmanship of the Konza Prairie Quilters is such a special way to connect different generations of local creativity. These quilts are a wonderful tribute to our shared history and the creative spirit in our community. Stop by the Discovery Center soon to check them out in person!
