Tonight’s meeting was all about staying in the present — not yesterday, not tomorrow, but right here, right now.
Recovery taught me that peace lives in the moment I’m willing to sit still, breathe, and just be. I don’t have to outrun my past or predict my future… I just have to stay connected, stay honest, and stay here.
One day at a time really means this day.
