Dear Infant Toddler Services Families,
Due to the forecast of severe weather this afternoon, all in-person home visits for children and families (birth to age 3) with our Infant Toddler Services team will conclude by 3:30 p.m. today. Your provider will reach out to reschedule or, if possible, arrange a virtual visit to ensure we continue supporting your family while keeping everyone safe.
The district, USD 383, is actively monitoring weather conditions and working with area responders to prioritize safety. Current forecasts predict the most severe weather for our area between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
As a reminder, all district protocols are in place to protect students and staff, including sheltering in designated areas if weather sirens are activated.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety of our children, families, and staff.
Stay safe,
Micah Karl
