18 years ago, while hosting one of my TV shows, I climbed to the top of the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls
520 feet (160 meters) high, at night, no safety gear, and with heavy winds.

That experience gave me real respect for what it means to face fear at extreme heights.

✨ 45 Today. And somehow, just beginning. ✨

Today I celebrate 45 years of life. And during his own birthday speech, my dear friend spoke about all of us, about how we don’t have the years behind us, we have all the new beginnings and life opportunities ahead. Those words stayed with me and landed deeply in my heart, perfectly framing this new chapter of my own life. And today, we also celebrate his 50 years of life, wisdom, talent, and friendship. Happy 50th Birthday, SAMO. What a gift to share this moment together.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Gratitude for life itself. For my family. For my friends who are chosen family. For my higher power who has guided me through every storm, every lesson, every breakthrough. This journey has been filled with adventures I could have never imagined, with love in its many forms, and with an incredible career that has allowed me the blessing of meeting and building friendships with some of the most extraordinary human beings in the world.

I look back with humility, pride, and deep emotion. I look forward with faith, purpose, and excitement. Today is not just a birthday. It is a reflection, a reset, and a powerful new chapter. Thank you to everyone who has walked with me, believed in me, and loved me through every version of myself. I carry you with me into this next season of life.
