Experience an hour of guided meditation with soft sound inside the beautiful Hagnauer Gallery. Each meditation is unique as it connects directly with the themes and imagery of the featured exhibit. Guided by Steffany Butts of ECHO Frequency Studio, llc in Manitou Springs.

Please plan to arrive a little early as the door closes at 6pm, once the meditation begins.

Free parking on Manitou Ave begins in Manitou at 6pm.
