Today we’re celebrating 1 Camp. One Family. 🤍

Today is a special day because our staff is arriving! They are busy preparing, decorating, praying, practicing, and getting everything ready to welcome campers for what we believe is the Best Week on Earth.

While camp officially begins tomorrow, today our week 1 staffers are arriving to prepare for the beginning of four incredible weeks that will impact hundreds of campers, families, and staff members.

One of the most special things about CMW is that camp doesn’t end when the buses leave. Once you’ve experienced CMW, you’re part of something much bigger. You’re part of our Camp Family. For 38 years, that family has continued to grow. Every camper, every staff member, every volunteer, and every life touched by CMW becomes part of a community.

It all starts with one camp, but together we’ve become one incredible family. Tomorrow, we welcome another group into the CMW family. We can’t wait to meet you. ☀️

Every great camp needs a few rules, and at CMW, these three help create a week where everyone feels safe, supported, and ready to grow.

⭐ 100% Participation
Participating fully looks different for everyone. We simply ask campers and staff to give their best, step outside their comfort zones, and come with an open heart and mind.

🤍 Total Honesty
We encourage everyone to be honest with themselves and with others. Honesty helps us build trust, learn from one another, and grow together.

☀️ Respect Yourself & Others
CMW is often called “Heaven on Earth.” When we choose kindness, respect, and encouragement, we help create a place where everyone feels they belong.
