There are approximately 70 million pet dogs in the U.S., according to the American Veterinary Medical Association, and 88% of American pet owners say they consider their pets to be members of their family. 🐶💙 But selling a home with pets, especially dogs, can present some challenges -- not everyone wants to live in a home that's been occupied by your furry family members. Here are some tips to help!
🦴 Having your carpets and furniture steam cleaned before showings or open houses.
🦴 Designate a box or bin to store your pet dishes, leashes, and a few favorite toys. Then pop it in your car for showings.
🦴 Consider getting a robot vacuum to keep up with dog hair in between showings.
🦴 Have a plan for getting your pup out of dodge for showings
