Looks like we’ve got some new pieces at to further progress back development.

More load across the board and pain free.
Actually limited by strength/endurance again and not by aches/pains.

Will stay here, sharpen ex*****on, then add weight and repeat.

Training is about to get turned back up big time.

While traveling I do what I can to keep training relatively consistent to my norm.

This typically means starting off a session with a machine I know and love or at least matching the angle of push/pull.

Once the important work is done, I’ll have some fun hitting with machines or grips I don’t normally have access to.

This order allows me pause progress with little to no regression once returning to my usual training split.
