Quarter round base trim installation turned out looking great for giving this new LVP flooring a clean look. Coping every inside miter joint a must.

Started this patching/painting of woodpecker holes during the first snow of the season. Finished it on a warmer day. Filled about a dozen holes after a dozen were previously patched earlier in the year. Thanks Ed F. for holding the ladder for me.

Been so busy with the extraordinary amount of requests that I haven't been able to post the latest handyman projects I've been doing. Here are pics from a very large popcorn ceiling removal/knockdown texture job. Thanks Joel Grafenstein for all of your help!
Another Pro tip for DIY'ers. My new favorite tool - Klein circuit breaker finder. Almost all electrical panels have poorly marked or unreadable circuit breakers. This tool is very accurate and you can feel confident the proper circuit has been shutdown before handling the wiring.

Double ceiling fan job today. Thank goodness for my Gorilla ladder which got me to the top of the vaulted ceiling. Also installed an after market remote control. Pro tip for DYI'ers - tape all loose wire nuts and wires as any fan vibration will cause mind numbing tapping noises and sleepless nights. Ask me how I know.
