At the May 4, 2026, city council meeting, Council proclaimed May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and May 10 through 16, 2026, as Police Week.

The Town Green will be illuminated with blue lights during National Police Week. Maple Grove Police Department is asking and encouraging our community members to honor Minnesota’s fallen officers by participating in our Blue Light Project by turning your porch lights to blue during National Police Week.

In support of the Blue Light Project, the following businesses have partnered with the Maple Grove Police Department and will have a stock of blue light bulbs for National Police Week.

I made some new friends at the doors tonight.

The opportunity to connect with voters is special and I hope to restore real conversations in our community. There was a time when people with different political views could still sit at the same table, talk through issues, and find common ground. That’s been lost.

I’m running to help bring that back—by showing up, listening, and having respectful, honest conversations at the doorstep with residents in Maple Grove.

Congratulations to Brady Hoag, who was endorsed earlier this week as our Republican candidate for MN Senate in SD37.

I’m honored to have spoken tonight at the Northwest Metro Republican Women’s Group.

The women in this organization are tremendous leaders across CD3, and their passion and dedication to their communities is truly inspiring. The energy in the room was incredible.

It was also great to hear from Michele Tafoya, who is running for U.S. Senate, and special guest speaker Liz Collin of Alpha News. Former U.S. Senator Rudy Boschwitz capped off the speeches by sharing thoughtful remarks and words of wisdom for everyone in attendance.

I left the evening energized and encouraged, knowing we have strong leaders stepping up and working hard for our shared values

Our endorsed Minnesota House candidates in SD37 are prepared, proven, and ready to represent you.

Phase One of the Maple Grove Community Center is complete—and it looks outstanding. This space will serve as a hub for countless hours of community hockey, skating, and local events.

It's a true partnership between voters, the Maple Grove Mayor and City Council, TruStone Financial, and OMGHA.
