Today I want to thank my mother, for being the strong💪 empathetic🫂, creative🖌️, and nurturing 🤱woman she is. Mum, you have always been a guiding light, a shoulder to cry on, a passionate defender of justice, and a seeker of knowledge. I get my thirst for creative pursuits from you, my love of theatre and performing, my power of words, my empathy, and my critical thinking from you. Your willingness to recognize my pain and grow from ignorance to allyship 🏳️‍⚧️ is an inspiration to others. You taught me that the way to change the world is not through violence, but through listening with an open heart, and asking questions. I am open to the would and with my heart because you showed me how my whole life.

Working with gives me the opportunity to play a huge range of characters, from a maid, to an 80s rock star, to a wealthy, elderly aristocrat. Last week I played a young bridezilla, but this week I got to see what I'll look like when I'm much (much!) older!
I design all my own costumes, and often construct them myself as well. For now it's just for myself in my small role with The Murder Mystery Co., but someday I'll be designing whole shows. Hopefully before I hit Bertha Peacock's age in real life!
