CLM Landscape & Irrigation Backflow Program
For Gladden Farms
CLM currently has over 60 customers in Gladden Farms that have signed up for the 5 year testing plan and only paying $40 for that service. We completed our testing program in July of this year and all of our customers that failed were informed that day or the next day. Then the backflow was taken care of within 48 hours of failing. We are residents of Gladden as well and we treat all of our customers with respect and share their concerns with this testing.
Right now we are testing backflow that are failing by the HOA tester. What we offer is we will come to your home and re-test the backflow if it fails again we will present you with an estimate for the repair. This visit for the estimate test is free no charge. If the backflow passes (and we test the backflow more than once to make sure) then you are only charged a fee of $45 for that test. If it does need repair we give you an estimate that includes the testing fee.
Also if you would like at that time of this testing you want to sign up with us for the 5 year plan you will get $10 off this current test fee. We do all that we can at the time of our testing in July and August to get your backflow to pass. We know budgets can be tight so we work to get the device to pass. When signing up for our 5 year plan you will be removed from the HOA testing and never hear from them again. If there is a problem with your backflow we do what we need to do to get it to pass the test.
