I am the owner of Lot # 239 @ Aztec Luxury RV Resort in Margate FL. It is a Class A Motorcoach only resort.

I am looking to rent out the lot between now and the end 2022 and then from April 2023 till the end of 2023 as I only plan on using the Lot between January and April of each year.

The property is a Beautiful 3123sq foot corner lot with a medium sized Tiki Hut in a quiet corner of the RV Resort. High speed Internet and electricity included. There is a 50Amp as well as water and sewer hook ups on the site. The Resort is one of the best in the USA with regards to beauty, cleanliness, amenities, sports etc.
