Coach Mike says: winter training has begun in earnest, take responsibility for your training. DON’T MAKE EXCUSES. In our society many are constantly blaming others and looking to play the victim, don’t let that be you. Own your failures and use them to fuel your determination. That determination will beget your success and it belongs to you.

Former Parati rower, and his partner , finished just 0.85 seconds behind France in their quarterfinal. France went on to win silver. The entire Parati family is very proud of our favorite son. That is a job well done , keep reaching for the stars.
