Day 19. ❤️

Today we reached $2,036, and I honestly don’t have the words to express how grateful I am.

Nineteen days ago, I took a leap of faith and made myself vulnerable by asking for help. That wasn’t easy for me. I’ve always been the type to work for everything I have, but I also realized that sometimes God places people in your life to help carry the vision.

Yesterday, my tent was almost blown away in the storm, and it reminded me exactly why I’m fighting so hard for this food truck. Every setback reminds me that this dream is bigger than me. It’s about building something that can serve this community for years to come.

To every person who has donated, shared my fundraiser, placed an order, prayed for me, or simply left an encouraging comment. you’ve given me more than money. You’ve given me hope on the days when quitting would’ve been easier.

$2,036 down. A long way to go, but we’re a long way from where we started.

I’m going to keep showing up. I’m going to keep cooking. I’m going to keep believing. And I truly believe that one day we’ll all look back at these posts from a food truck that started with nothing but faith, hard work, and a community that believed in me.
