Atlanta Metro had an unfortunate article this week in WSJ – the journal noted that from January 1 to February 20, there were 18 homicides in Atlanta. This is up 80% from last year, paired with shootings up 32%, robberies increased 17%, and aggravated assaults up a whopping 47%. With the stress and uncertainly of last year, we are not alone in these metrics. 29 other metropolitan areas saw significant increased crime as well.
