Last Thursday, we transformed our racquetball court into a candlelit sanctuary for an evening of breathwork, cacao, and an immersive soundbath experience.

Residents enjoyed a gentle breathwork warmup, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, freshly pressed juices, and the soothing sounds of traditional Indian instruments — all guided by Mary Lou of Yoga Nest Venice.
