Client Spotlight | Salt and Straw was created with the intent to make unbelievable ice cream, build connections, be a good neighbor, provide unforgettable hospitality and keep it local. The ice-cream is made by hand with incredible care, their shops are a neighborhood gathering place and the flavors are crafted with artisanal care. Fun Fact | Never having made ice cream before, owners Kim and Tyler started out by spending $16 on four used ice cream makers and then really got to work! Kim cashed in her savings and bought a cart and then they turned to their community, asking friends-chefs, chocolatiers, brewers and farmers-for advice and along the way finding inspiration everywhere they looked.
