We have decided to take part in promoting cleaner and safer oceans with Heal The Bay. When you order this specially crafted Artic Char dish, part of the proceeds will go to Heal The Bay.

Arctic char is closely related to salmon and trout, sharing many characteristics, including high levels of omega 3. Arctic char is one of the most sustainable species by the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
