On March 11, 2022, ALS gifted Pine Ridge Marquette's tenant pantry many useful items including 2 new vacuums for tenant use.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Building/Outside work
•Front entrance will be complete the end of August.
•Pantry is expected to re-open in September.
•Back parking lot will be worked on in September.
•Front landscaping will be complete in September.
•South roof installs this fall.
•Masons that have been drilling on the outside of the building
should be done the 2nd week of September.
•Trash chutes are tentatively scheduled to be completed this
fall.
•Laundry rooms are expected to start renovations in August.
7th and 8th floor out of operation week 1.
4th and 6th floor out of operation week 2.
2nd and 3rd floor out of operation week 3.
They will be finished up by September 😊
•Main office renovations are scheduled to start in August. When
this happens, staff (Heidi & Emily) will be available by
appointment only. More information to follow.

Hello everyone. Construction is moving along quickly now. The contractors are painting and installing flooring in apartments.
Everyone's apartment will be painted and will have one accent wall. Tony taupe is the color of the accent wall.
You will get carpet if you currently do not have any.
If you have carpet or original 4X4 tile in your kitchen closets, you will be getting new kitchen flooring.
If your bathroom tile has been replaced in the past several years, you will not be getting new tile.
Kendra and a person from First Contracting will meet with you to discuss packing and preparing for the painters and flooring guys. They will provide you clear directions on what you need to do to get ready. They will provide boxes and help you pack loose items in your apartment. Please remember, everyone's apartment and needs are different. Some people need a lot of help and others will just need a little. Meeting So please, take that opportunity to discuss any specific needs you may have.
As you can see work on the outside of building has started again. Other outside work should begin in May.
Thank you to everyone for all your understanding and help during this huge project. We hope to be done by November.
