The following are the hours for The Training Centre this weekend:
Saturday, July 2nd ~ 7AM - 3PM
Sunday, July 3rd ~ 7AM - noon
Monday, July 4th ~ 7AM - noon
Come workout early in the morning so you can enjoy the glorious weather and festivities of this wonderful holiday!

Hey gang, just wanted to share this with everyone. A member came into the gym this morning just to get a HUG! A family member had a stroke earlier this morning and they were devastated by the news! This is just another illustration of the "Community" we have at The Training Centre. Our environment is supportive in many different ways, truly the best place to train!
