National Leadership Conference is about many things. One of the most memorable is snagging that pin you really wanted in your collection. This doesn't represent all the pins brought home; AI wasn't working with me on that. Still, it does give you a good example of the hard work involved in bartering, networking, and negotiation tactics that went into securing pins from across North America: We have Puerto Rico, Canada, and the US well represented in the collections shown. Each day while we were at Convention, students were challenged to attend various workshops that would strengthen their understanding of business skills, workplace skills, and network with others. Students begin their morning testing: Nathan Parker, Dev Patel, Kashyap Chauhan, Mau Cuello, Cody Wilson, Daniel Kang, Cody Wilson, Emily Scott, Peyton Dortch and Annabelle Lovell will test their business skill knowledge. Finishing up Wednesday with some Industry Certification opportunities in Business Ethics and Business Concepts.

When not testing-kids have 72 different workshops to choose from setting themselves apart and up for success while networking with more than 16,000 other students from across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The pin trading, site seeing and experiences gained in San Antonio FBLA National Center NLC2026 will be memories of a lifetime.
