Gave a estimate for brand new wood floors bringing in a trusted wood flooring contractor Rob Langfells to give a neighbor a estimate for new wood floors some sheet rock work as and new baseboards as well as some minor plumbing repairs and called for estimate to find out why there wasn't any water getting to the bathrooms or kitchen. This was a free estimate due to being across the street when normally I charge a trip fee just to come out of $79.78 which has since been raised to $99.99
Yes still providing services and work with several other general contractors plumbing contractors, electrical contractors etc to perform these repairs it is solely on the customer to have us do the repairs or not.
