This is my Meditation white light track in my background I walk on daily with my dog Amber Dawn. I feel the closeness to God in nature! So yes, walking outdoors can become a Meditation! All people react different to different forms or types of Meditation. I do regular meditation inside 5-6 times a day. I do a Meditation before I send each Reiki Healing: 9:11AM, 11:11 AM, 9:11 PM, and 11: 11PM. Some are shorter than others! There are little fairies and gnomes along the path that my son is building for me...So I feel the fairy kingdom is Welcome along my walk! The path will have flowers upon it. I like how the branches overhang like an awning in my own peaceful getaway! Perhaps you can make one of your own!

About the Channel:
Darlen De was born psychic to a family where it ran in the family for six generations. It increased after a near death experience as a child. After she was pronounced dead, and spoke with God, she came back and everything that she would dreamed happened! When she finally asked the dreams to stopped the channeling started. The Spiritual Master Teachers started teaching her spiritual lessons as a young child. Her mother said she was talking to spirit when she was almost two years old.
She had started her business, Positive Image at the time, later they changed it to Positive Image Awareness Center out of her home in 1973.) With those classes, and the teaching of the Master Teachers, she has developed eight psychic abilities! Clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, and five more.
