Not every good thing ends with a bang. Some build slowly and those are the ones really worth watching.

June is Men's Mental Health Month, and we think that's worth saying out loud. Dads carry a lot. The pressure to provide, to protect, to hold it together. And too often, the expectation is to do all of it without ever asking for help.

But strength and struggle are not opposites. Reaching out is not a weakness. And taking care of your mental health is one of the most important things you can do for the people who count on you.

Head to Potter Park (outside the zoo entrance) for the Family Mental Health Fun Day.

Collect passport stamps, visit Positive Somebody activity stations, and enter raffles for zoo tickets and prizes. Come say hi!
