Everly, a new 29-lot townhome development, is now open along Woodburn Avenue. Everly consists of 26 townhomes and three single-family homes, with prices starting at $600,000. These residences are LEED certified and offer up to 2,437 square feet of living space. Onyx + East, an Indy-based townhome developer with a focus on creating urban neighborhoods, has already exceeded their projected $70 million in investments in Cincinnati.

Dorothy Lane Market, known as DLM, is set to open its largest store in Mason this summer. The new location will be the grocer's first in the Cincinnati market and is part of a $150 million mixed-use development. DLM will hire 300 new employees for this 60,000-square-foot store, which includes a 50,000-square-foot main level and a 9,000-square-foot mezzanine for an on-site culinary center.
