The customer desired a more open floor plan, so we removed three interior walls, including one load-bearing wall, which required the installation of a new load-bearing header in the attic. We also rerouted the electrical system, incorporating new sleek recessed LED lights and under-cabinet lighting. The kitchen features new painted maple cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, gorgeous quartz countertops, and a new tile backsplash. Luxury vinyl plank flooring completes the renovation. Did we meet the customer's expectations?
