It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our beloved Office Manager, Patti Hicks. Patti was more than just a colleague; she was the heart and soul of Cook Insurance Group for 19 years. Her dedication, warmth, and unwavering support touched everyone she met, both within our agency and throughout the Ravenna community.

Patti was a champion of Ravenna schools, an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and a proud supporter of the Ravenna Balloon Affair. Her commitment and passion made her an inspiration to us all, and her presence will be deeply missed.

Patti's impact on our staff and owners is immeasurable, and she leaves behind a legacy that will not be easily replaced. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Patti. You will forever remain a cherished member of the Cook Insurance family.
