Picturesque Action Photography

I’ve been a bit quiet here lately—but with soccer season kicking off today, that’s about to change.

Recently, I had been wandering Daytona Beach at the early and midmorning light, gathering moments for a series I call "Making the Mundane Artfully Picturesque". In Daytona Beach, these scenes are nothing unusual- just the familiar rhythms shaped by the seasons and weather. But, I set out with a simple intention: to see it all differently.

I noticed how light softens, sharpens, and transforms. Shifting my angles and my understanding to find, within the ordinary, something quietly extraordinary.
