Hallman Window Washing

Building a great company is about more than just getting the work done.

Today I took the Hallman Window Washing team out for a golf outing. Not because we hit a certain sales goal or had a perfect week, but because strong teams are built through relationships, not just paychecks.

When people enjoy working together, trust each other, and feel valued, it shows in everything they do—from the way they treat customers to the quality of their work.

I’m grateful for this crew and the culture we’re building together. We spend a lot of time talking about windows, schedules, and growth, but days like today remind me that investing in people is one of the best investments a business owner can make.
