Our memory and identity are limitations from the past that prevent us from living freely in the moment.

These limitations maintain a stronghold on our ego, mindset, and daily actions.

Without being aware of these limitations in the first place, we'll never be able to reach the antidote of happiness.

So, having awareness is the first requirement because you can't change a habit if you're not first aware of it.

Increasing awareness to become more present doesn't mean you need to sit in silence all day long, it means you're aware of the shift.
