When starting a fitness routine finding a work out that fits your lifestyle seems to be the hardest thing for most people. The best idea I have heard is the 10 in 10 work out! This is what I tend to use on the days I know I will not be able to fit in a full 45 minutes to an hour! Most of us can carve out 10 minutes to throw in 10 exercises that will incorporate some strength training and a little cardio. do this 3 to 4 times in a day and you will have done a great work out for the day. If you only do it once, you have at least raised your heart rate, moved your body and kicked in those feel good endorphins! So, follow me each week for another episode of your 10 in 10 and you will can mix and match each day of the week a new routine, add in some walking and you will be surprised how much you are actually working out and not even realizing it ;-)
