Happy 250th America!

Talk about a transformation! This Charlotte homeowner had an aged porch that was showing its years—old fission stapled screens, sloped tile flooring, and deteriorating structural elements. We knew we could turn it into something special.

Our team got to work with a complete renovation. We discovered some rot in the existing posts and header, so we replaced those with new treated posts and LVL, bringing everything up to code. We added a beautiful pressure-treated deck with Fiberon composite decking and aluminum railing with decorative lattice and lighting.

Inside, we upgraded the house walls with HardiePanel vertical siding in a classic board-and-batten style, replaced the aged vinyl soffit with warm Pine Tongue and Groove, and installed new Paltimore Wengue tile flooring. Then we finished it off with Craft-Bilt Vinyl-Film Stacking Windows and Doors in an aluminum wall system.
