Matthews Chiropractic Center is seeking a friendly, organized Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk staff position. Candidate must be BILINGUAL in Spanish/English and able to translate well. The clinic has afternoon to evening and morning to afternoon hours depending on the day.

Candidate will to train and study to obtain Chiropractic Assistant certification with the NC Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Duties include patient intake, setting appointments, telephone answering, checking office email, computer literacy, insurance verification, professional communication, billing, direct patient contact for therapy and obtaining vitals, and other office tasks. Employee must be able to multitask, manage time, communicate clearly, and recognize the importance of details. Current office hours are Monday and Wednesday 2pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8 to 2pm, and Friday 9am to 3:30pm. Shifts may be split if mornings or evenings fit your schedule better.
