Carpet Spectrum is expanding and looking for motivated, customer-focused Flooring Sales Consultants to join our team at our Maumee and new Bowling Green locations.
If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating beautiful spaces, we’d love to meet you. Previous flooring sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong sales skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications

•Sales experience preferred
•Flooring industry experience is a plus but not required
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented
•Basic computer skills
•Ability to work showroom hours, including some Saturdays
