On today’s segment of 𝓒𝓸𝓸𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓼, we have renowned Chef Jesse Castellón. He delighted us creating an incredibly delicious and healthy recipe called 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘀. ⁣
⁣
INGREDIENTS:⁣
⁣
8 -Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless⁣
1 Butterhead lettuce
1 Celery root ⁣
1 Green apple⁣
Unsalted roasted peanuts 4oz.⁣
10 Fresh basil leaves⁣
1 Bunch cilantro ⁣
2 Limes⁣
Black pepper⁣
⁣
1. Chicken Marinade- 1 bunch cilantro stems, 3 green onion, 3 cloves garlic, 4 basil leaves, 2 tablespoons avocado oil, black pepper. Blend until it is smooth and add to chicken for 1 hour up to 4 hours for marination.⁣
⁣
2. Grill or sautee chicken to 165F internal temperature and let rest. ⁣
⁣
3. For the green apple slaw, all vegetables should be julienne sliced and placed in a bowl. ⁣
⁣
Finally, serve Thai grilled chicken over butter lettuce wraps and top with celery root, green apple slaw, peanuts, basil, and cilantro. Add a little bit of squeezed lime juice and finish with peanuts. You may add chili sauce if desired. Enjoy!!!⁣
