I just wanted to post this because I never sing to you guys anymore and this song has been on my spirit. There’s so much chaos in our lives, in the world, and I’m working to take every chance to control my own reality. It’s hard to do that and grieve and be transparent and also show up as artist. Hard to even WANT to create these days. But music is my peace. The world is basically at war and honestly? I’m mad at God. And most days I’m confused on what I really believe. But I choose to have faith every day because this is bigger than me. Hopefully this video brought you a moment of peace and hope. And I hope you choose to continue to have faith in a better world. I know it’s possible. 🩵🩵🩵

Just wrapped my first tour with Angela Aguilar and I can’t put into words how much of an incredible time I had! Singing in Spanish and dancing my butt off.. if you know me, I have so many interests/talents and I thank God for this opportunity to blend my R&B flair with traditional Mexican music.

Generational curses ran in the family until they ran into me. 🎓
People wonder why the hell I would go to college for music when I’ve been successfully working in the industry (independently) for a decade. Well, when I moved to LA in 2018 I had no plan. All I knew was that being self-taught was great but not enough for longevity. I wanna be in this til I’m 80, so It was either pay for lessons or school.
I accidentally ended up in a full scholarship full time at . Two AA degrees from LACC led to apply for USC. I got accepted but I said “I refuse to pay for school because this was by choice. I don’t need a degree- I just need to grow.” Well, one day I did a local interview for my upcoming album and met the Vice Dean on the show, who ended up getting me a FULL RIDE to USC.
I did all of this while being a full-time popstar, paying LA rent alone (IYKYK), and navigating adulthood. Dropping out of college at 19 wasn’t the end of my story. I was living for other people back then. Now, I’m living for me. I did it on my own terms. I did what I love. Even if it took 7 years. First in my family to do it. From the most PRESTIGIOUS UNIVERSITY on the west side!!!!! Finished with honors too??? And did it with grace. Don’t ever play with me. Fight tf on!!!!!
