It’s been busy in Gigi’s Kitchen! Yesterday we had baked chicken, Roasted Veggies, Chicken Alfredo and yeast rolls going out. This morning we’re delivering millionaire spaghetti, green salad with homemade dressings, Texas chocolate cake and more yeast rolls to one of our corporate clients.

Gigi's Kitchen has been catering on-the-go this week. In addition to serving our loyal customers at our home base, we have expanded our services to the Daphne area with advance notice. This week, we had the pleasure of catering two lunches at Springhill Hospital and Mobile Infirmary. Springhill Hospital enjoyed Chopped Italian subs, pasta salad, and fruit cups with dip. Mobile Infirmary, on the other hand, indulged in a baked potato bar featuring pulled BBQ pork, shredded chicken, bacon, butter, sour cream, green onions, and freshly baked sugar, peanut butter, and chocolate chip cookies. After a week of enchiladas, salads, taco bar and chips and queso, today was all about baking at home. I baked fresh bread and a fresh lemon pound cake with glaze. The house smells amazing!
