Before we go further, let's be clear: Do NOT feel pressured to buy a new computer. Big tech companies profit from creating a sense of urgency, leading to unnecessary spending and massive electronic waste. After Oct. win 10 will not be supported... SO WHAT! it will still work fine, and you don't need updates!

I brought in my laptop because it was running very slow - Frank cleaned the firewall and fixed corrupt system files and had it back up and running smoothly again - he does excellent work at reasonable prices! He repairs stereo & audio equipment too.
