Rock Solid Builders is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and friendly Office Administrator to join our growing team in McHenry, IL!
✅ Part-time position (18–20 hours/week to start)
✅ Ideal schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✅ Flexible for the right candidate
✅ Opportunity to grow to approximately 30 hours/week this spring
✅ Pay: $20–$24/hour based on experience
We're looking for someone with:
• Strong work ethic
• Microsoft Outlook experience
• QuickBooks experience
• AI knowledge to streamline processes
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service and phone experience
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
