A lot of homeowners don’t realize they’re sitting on unused square footage.

This project started with a 20-foot ceiling and catwalk overlooking the living room. We converted that open space into a second-story gym, added soundproof insulation, and redesigned the ceiling below to keep the room feeling open and inviting.

A great example of how a split-level addition can completely transform the way you live in your home.
